Founder 100 Allies - Financier, British Beauty Co NED & Business Angel

Nnenna Onuba is a seasoned ex-Rothschild M&A banker turned beauty entrepreneur and angel investor, recently leading the sale of premium clean cosmetics brand Nailberry. She is an executive board director of the British Beauty Council and founder of 100 Allies, a leadership and talent development non'-profit driving systemic change in the beauty industry.

Her journey began at 17, leaving Lagos, Nigeria, on a life-changing scholarship that brought her to the UK. From Imperial College to PwC and Rothschild, she rose through industries where people like her were often overlooked. But success wasn’t just about hard work—it was about allies who believed in her potential.

100 Allies exists to pay that belief forward. For rising stars, it’s a platform for visibility, networks, and opportunity. For businesses, it’s a solution to uncover blind spots and drive growth through inclusive leadership.

Leadership isn’t just about who rises—it’s about who you lift. Together, we’re building a future where diverse perspectives create opportunities, and no one rises alone.
