Namita has a proven track record across the consumer and retail industries, with experience in sales, marketing, operations, e-commerce, and finance. Her journey started at Citigroup in banking, followed by over a decade of experience at Unilever, launching a men's fashion brand Seneca and leading Fragrances at L’Oreal Luxe UKI. She is currently responsible for 8 markets in Europe at Charlotte Tilbury.
