Industry Veterans with at least 15 years of experience, ready to engage with our values and mission
Rising Stars
High-potential professionals or entrepreneurs, determined to reach the pinnacle of leadership and bring diverse perspectives to the forefront
Program Commitment
The dual-track Allyship School and Leadership Accelerator, each span 11.5 hours over three months, culminating in a 9-month mentorship/sponsorship partnership journey enriched by executive coaching and peer support.
